The Problem

Existing poop scoops are generally cheap plastic devices that need to be cleaned after each use. There are a few models which use disposable bags, but attaching and the removing the bag is a complex process.

Because there are no easy-to-use and reliable products on the market, most people resort to putting their hands inside a plastic grocery bag, grabbing feces, closing the bag, and disposing of it in the trash. Some long-time dog owners are resigned to this primitive method, but new owners are disgusted by it.
